These are the terms of use of the ABC Kids Learning beta.
What it is
Educational games for children aged 3 to 7, meant to be used with a grown-up nearby. During the beta they are free, with no sign-up, no ads and no payments.
It is a beta
Some voices and drawings are provisional, there may be errors, and the games may change or stop being available. Progress is kept only on the device, and the browser may delete it (for example, Safari after a few days without use).
The grown-up decides
A grown-up decides whether the child plays, for how long and in which language.
Use
You may use the games to play at home or in class. Copying them, reselling them or using them to collect children’s data is not allowed.
